”What to put on to a Moroccan wedding: conventional Moroccan dress; tiny, trendy bag and makeup (we wore a red Moroccan dress and sparkly, red lipstick- I experienced no bag).
Where it had been held: A fancy resort in Casablanca! Whenever you go into the area where in fact the wedding is held, you set base in a corridor, what your location is greeted by numerous males (on both edges) putting on red robes and caps. They played different instruments like the taarija, flutes, and an extremely long trumpet-looking instrument. No name cards needed, which fit 10-16 at a table next you find a seat. The seats had been so comfortable, topped by having a cushion that is fluffy each dining dining table had a flower bouquet centerpiece. Everyone had a collection of 3 extremely fancy plates, a shiny wine glass, 2 forks (big and tiny), 2 knives (big and little) plus one spoon. Each dining table also had some candles and 2-3 containers of carbonated water.
The marriage: individuals introduced a glassy, gem-filled carriage that I later discovered is carried by 4 guys. Next guys in white robes and hats that are red a path for the wedding couple to walk along although the artists accompanied behind th couple and played music. The guys when you look at the white robes joined up with fingers together to cover up the bride while she had been seated within the carriage then scooped up into the atmosphere, each region of the carriage being supported in the men’s shoulders. The guys danced and also the artists played old-fashioned Moroccan along with Turkish music all that was being projected for a silver screen therefore that everybody into the hall could begin to see the bride and grooms faces through the event.
